Having recently visited Hotel D'Angleterre, I found it to be a charming and comfortable establishment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which enhanced my overall experience. The location is ideal - centrally located yet tranquil, with pleasant views. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a large shower suitable for wheelchair access, although I noted the hotel entrance lacked wheelchair accessibility, which was a drawback.The hotel's historical charm and antique furniture added to its unique atmosphere. The garden and conservatory were delightful spaces to relax in. However, I would have appreciated more modern amenities such as free toiletries and upgraded technology like a flat-screen TV.
